AMAZING! I tried this very recipe (roasted banana cheesecake with macadamia nut crust) last week....and was not impressed....It needs more favor....I am going to make some adjustments and try it again this week.....your post hit a very personal note with me....the cheesecake thing!....the wedding thing! This is something I have told no one my dream 'cheesecake trio wedding'...I too have 2 great recipes and thought this would be the third!
