I am in search of the classic new york deli-style cheese cake that has no crust of any kind. I want to make this cheese cake to sell in our shop, and want eliminate the step of crust making,to save time. I also just bougtht professional pans that have the removale bottom, not springfom pans, but pans labeled cheese cake pans. This is the hardest search ever,help!
