Amish Friendship Cake
Here's the one my mother makes alot! Very Good!

Starter:
1c flour
1c milk
1c sugar
Combine starter ingredients and let sit at room temp.

Day1; Do nothing
Day2: Stir with wooden spoon
Day3: Same
day4: Same

Day5: Add 1c flour, 1c sugar, and 1c milk. Stir.
day6: Stir
Day7: stir
Day8; stir
Day9: stir
Day10: Add 1c flour,1c sugar, 1c milk.Stir. Pour into 3 containers of 1c each.

Give 1 each to 2 friends along with a copy of the recipe. Keep 1 cup for yourself. Set aside.

To make bread:

Preheat oven to 350. To the leftover batter (probably a little more than a cup) add and mix well:

2c flour, 1c sugar, 1 1/4 t. baking powder, 1/2t soda, 1/2 t salt, 1t cinnamon, 1 lg box instant vanilla pudding, 1c oil, 1/2c milk, 1t vanilla, 1 c chopped nuts or raisins (I use half in half) 3 eggs.

Pour into 2 well greased and sugared loaf pans. Bake 1 hour.Test after 55 min.

Cool 10 min before removing from pans.

Can use two bundt pans.
