Of all the meals, breakfast seems to be the hardest one to stick to the low-fat requirements.
We always enjoyed going out for breakfast with all the omelettes, etc. So now I've been trying to come up with interesting alternatives here at home - some have been real "dogs" - others have been successes. This sounds like one of those!
Turkey bacon is OUT, but Gimme Lean sausage is not bad, especially when combined with onions, green peppers and egg beaters.
