Slime Cake

CAKE:
1 box yellow cake mix
other ingredients on box

SLIME:
1 lg vanilla instant pudding
other ingredients on box
8 - 12 drops green food coloring

FILLING:
1/2 pint chilled heavy cream
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 - 12 drops green food coloring

INSTRUCTIONS:

Make cake according to box directions in two 8- or 9-inch pans.

Follow instructions for pudding, adding the food coloring as you blend it. Cover the mixture and refrigerate at least one hour.

Mix all filling ingredients together in medium-size mixing bowl. With an electric mixer, whip the cream mixture until it forms soft peaks.

Place one layer of the cake on a serving plate. Spread the whipped cream thickly and evenly over the top of the cake. Put the other layer on top of the whipped cream. Cover the cake with foil and refrigerate until you're ready to serve.

Place slime in plastic bag and slowly squeeze over uncovered cake. Serve soon.
