This is not the real thing but easy to do and very tasty.. I use Lipton's Onion Soup Mix ...follow directions on package then float a slice of toasted french bread on top of bowl of soup and top with cheese of choice, provolone is good.. then a minute or two in the microwave to melt the cheese..

Try it and see if you like it.. Marge/NC
