Robin, how about making a full recipe and freezing single serving sizes in the gladware that you can purchase inexpensively at the market. Freeze your soups without the bread and cheese. Transfer the contents to a small casserole or heatable soup bowl, add your toast and cheese and enjoy. Hope this small hint helps.
