Chris, this glaze is usually added to the popcorn and then baked, but I'm sure you can pop it with your popcorn, and it will get mixed in quite nicely that way. Hope it helps.
Caramel Popcorn Glaze
1 cup brown sugar -- firmly packed 1/2 cup light corn syrup -- may use dark 1/2 cup margarine 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium saucepan combine brown sugar, corn syrup, margarine and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, then boil for 4 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat; stir in baking soda and vanilla. Makes enough for 4 quarts of popcorn.
