Use 1 ounce of cream cheese per 1 cup of powered sugar. Add a drop of flavoring and mix well. It is best to have the cream cheese softened to room tempature before mixing. Roll a small amount into a ball and roll into granulated sugar and press into the mold. Then just pop the mint out. These mints freeze well.
