Beat And Eat Frosting
1 large egg white 1/4 teaspoons Cream of tartar 3/4 cups Sugar 1 teaspoons Vanilla 1/4 cups Water, boiling Put eggs white, cream tarter, sugar and vanilla in large mixing bowl, add boiling water, beat on high speed until stiff peaks form. Spread on cake.
This recipe doubles well.
