My mom has this same book. The Banana recipie is there and on page 203 - here is the recipe.

Banana Bread

2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. oil
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 1/4 cups mashed bananas

This recipe is also my favorite. The page of ours is almost ruined too hehe.
