Blueberry Delight Dessert
Crust: 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 1 stick butter or margarine - softened 1/2 cup sugar 1/4-1/2 cup pecans (optional)
Combine all ingredients and mix well with fingers. Pat into a 9 x 13 pan that has been greased.
Filling: 2 large eggs 1/2 cup sugar (1 cup may be used) 8 oz cream cheese
1 Tablespoon lemon juice 1 can blueberry pie filling Whipped Cream
Mix eggs, sugar and cream cheese until creamy, put onto crust - Bake at 350 for 20 minutes Remove from oven, let cool. Mix pie filling with lemon juice and spread on filling spread whipped cream on top and chill.
