Hi Everyone!

I lost a favorite recipe that I haven't made for a while, and for the life of me I can't remember all the ingredients and amounts! It was a casserole type dish with egg noodles mixed with spaghetti sauce and ground beef. In the center of the casserole was a mixture of cream cheese, parmesan, maybe thyme and I think sour cream.

Is anyone familiar with this recipe? Any help would be much appreciated!
