If you want EASY, light fluffy dumplings I would suggest canned biscuits. I use the store brands. I cut them into quarters and cook the recommeded time as regular dumplings. They are so easy and fluffy. My teenagers only eat these type because they find the others heavier and dense. So, when they aren't around I prepare the "traditional" time to time for variety, but these are really our favorites!
