Nancy,

I have made and enjoyed the recipe that Gladys posted. The only difference is I never put garlic in mine. My ex-husband had a Tapas bar in Spain before we met and he taught me how to make this dish. I raised four sons and this was one of their favorites. Delicious, even left over.
