These instructions were recently posted by Cass/Las Vegas (Chef Danask) here at RecipeLink. This is how he does it – Looks like what you want.

BOILED BAKED POTATOES
Clean your potatoes and wrap in foil. Put water in a pot, salt it, place the potatoes in. You could cover the pot & once boiling lower the temp otherwise the water will boil over unto your range top.

Once cooked (knife blade just goes thru easily) remove & wrap into the alum. foil. With the palm of your hand roll the potato back & forth a few times in order to loosen the potato from the skin.

Open the potato with a slice of your sharp knife & squeeze both ends toward the center & the potato meal ozzes to the top somewhat.

Now we spread some salt & pepper on top & you have a very nice moist "BAKED POTATO".
