We just got back from Kawartha Lakes area today. My daughter & I fell in love with Vanilla Fudge Explosion. The bottom layer is "Grandma's Brown Sugar Fudge", the middle layer is caramel & nuts, then the top is Vanilla Fudge. I was going to start experimenting, but if someone has the a tried & true recipe I would appreciate it!
