Tandy Cakes
4 eggs 2 cups flour 2 cups sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking powder pinch salt 2 tbsp. butter 1 cup milk, scalded peanut butter chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix eggs, flour, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, salt and butter. Scald the milk and add last.
Bake in a greased 15x10x1-inch pan for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread on the peanut butter.
Melt 12 oz of chocolate chips and pour on top of peanut butter, spreading evenly.
