Spinach-Artichoke Dip
1 (10-oz) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed 1 (14-oz) can artichoke heart quarters, drained 1 (5.5-oz) containeer garlic-and-herb soft spreadable cheese 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 1 (8-oz) container sour cream 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 (2-oz) jar chopped pimiento, drained 6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
Drain spinach well, pressing between layers of paper towels.
Stir together spinach and next 6 ingredients. Spoon into a lightly greased 11x7-inch baking dish.
Bake at 400º for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with bacon. Serve with crackers or chips.
Yield: 8 servings.
For testing purposes only, Alouette Garlic and Herbes Gourmet Spreadable Cheese was used for the garlic-and-herb soft spreadable cheese.
