CHEX MIX
6 c. corn, wheat or rice Chex 6 c. Cheerios 1 tbsp. soy sauce (low sodium) 3 tbsp. honey 6 c. Bran Chex 1 (8 oz.) pkg. unsalted 3 Pretzels (sm. twists) 1/4 c. water
Equipment: A large roasting pan and a small spray bottle. Put soy sauce, honey and water in small saucepan and warm until honey dissolves. Pour into spray bottle.
Layer Chex and Pretzels in roasting pan spraying each layer with soy and honey mixture. Place in oven on lowest possible setting (200 degrees or less) and bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. This makes lots! Store in airtight containers.
