Good Morning. Shawn, I would like to help you but I must I will be honest with you. I never heard of a yeasted or a non-yeasted product using flour as it's primary ingredient to be successfully baked in a micro-wave oven. However, if you learn of a technique, post it & I will gladly supply you with my "Non Yeasted" pizza pie recipe that I sometimes employ as a change. Happy Hoidays to you.
