Gladys, Kelly, and Linda, thank-you so much for your replies. Much appreciated. I had already baked the cake but I will be sure to try both your recipes another time. What I did was to bake the mix and then did the jello thing - pouring liquid jello into holes I made in the cake and then iced it with sugar free vanilla pudding mixed with coolwhip and tnen used those little coloured sprinkles over it all. Haven't tasted it yet, but I did lick the beaters used to maked the icing and it was gooooooood! Thanks again.
