Here is another recipe for Eat More Bars. It tastes exactly like it. I just finished making them!
Eat More Bars
1 cup chocolate chips 1/2 cup corn syrup 4 tbsp. peanut butter 3/4 cup quick rolled oats 1 cup chopped peanuts
Melt the chcolate chips in the microwave. Stir in corn syrup and peanut butter. Add rolled oats and the peanuts, stirring after each addition. Press into a well greased cookie sheet. Cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
