Popcorn Salad
6 c. popped corn 1/2 c. green onion slices 1 c. celery, diced 3/4 c. mayonnaise 3/4 c. chopped cooked bacon (reserve some for top) 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
In a bowl, combine popcorn, onions, celery, mayonnaise, bacon, cheese and water chestnuts. Top with reserved bacon and cheese. Best when used within 3 to 4 hours. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
