I have a 10 1/2 lb ham and would like to cook it in my convection oven. At what temperature and how long should it be cooked. I have a round Pampered Chef deep dish baker stoneware (the sides are about 2-inches high) that would fit perfectly in my convection. I also have a pyrex disk that it could be cooked in. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you, Julia
