Jackie, Thank you so much for your help. I had no idea it would be that easy since I had never used fresh blueberries before. Mine had always come in a can with directions "rinse and drain" on it. We will have blueberry muffins at the family reunion Saturday (your recipe, in fact). Nobody has ever brought anything like that before and I think they'll be a nice surprise for a change.
