The recipe I read in the Boston Globe around July 4 was for a Cherry Clafouti that was made in a food processor--eggs, flour, sugar, etc. were mixed, put in a pan, and fresh cherries were put on top. It sounded VERY easy! I hope someone either 1)clipped it, or 2)knows how to go to the newspaper site and find it. Many thanks!
