Pull-Apart Bread Rolls

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes Refrigerate overnight
Cooking Time: 35 Minutes

Servings: One 10-inch loaf

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Morton® Nature's Seasons® Seasoning Blend
1 tablespoon dried oregano, crushed
1 tablespoon dried basil or parsley, crushed
One 3-pound bag frozen white roll dough (36 rolls)
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparations
Thoroughly combine Morton® Nature's Seasons® seasoning blend with herbs. Arrange 10 to 12 frozen rolls in bottom of greased 10 X 4 inch tube pan. Brush rolls with butter, sprinkle with 1/3 of Nature's Seasons/herb blend, then cheese. Repeat layers of rolls, butter, herb blend and cheese an additional two times. Use complete package of rolls. Cover with greased plastic wrap; refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator; allow to rise until doubled in size about 45 to 60 minutes.

Cooking
Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes. Cover top loosely with aluminum foil and continue baking 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; invert onto rack. Let stand 1 minute and gently remove pan from loaf. (If pan has removable sides, release sides first, then invert pan to remove loaf.)


Savory Pull-Apart Bread

Yield:10 Servings
Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbl Sesame seeds
1/2 tsp Dried basil
1 pkt (30 oz) frozen roll dough, (24 rolls)
1/4 cup Butter or margarine, melted
2 Tbl. bacon bits (optional)

Instructions:
Instructions: Combine Parmesan cheese, sesame seeds and basil; sprinkle one-third in the bottom and up the sides of a greased 12-cup fluted tube pan. Place half of the unthawed rolls in pan; drizzle with half of the butter. Sprinkle with half of the remaining cheese mixture and bacon bits, if desired. Arrange remaining rolls on top; drizzle with remaining butter. Sprinkle with remaining cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes. Cover loosely with foil; bake 10-15 minutes longer.

Yield: 10-12 servings.
