similar to the box mix Funfetti or Confetti or Party Rainbow Chip cakes by Betty Crocker, Duncan Hines, Pillsbury, etc? Those are basically white cakes with colored ice cream sprinkles or jimmies stirred in...voila, colored circles with each slice!

Those used to be a birthday favorite for my kids and their friends.
