Seafood Mixed Grill
1/2 pound bay scallops 1 pound uncooked large shrimp, peeled 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme leaves 1/8 teaspoon white pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup melted butter 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Prepare and heat grill. Coat 18" x 18" square of heavy duty aluminum foil with cooking spray and arrange scallops and shrimp on prepared foil. Sprinkle with herbs, pepper and salt, and drizzle with butter and lemon juice. Seal foil around seafood loosely, with double folded seams. Grill, covered, 4-6" from medium heat for 8-10 minutes until shrimp are pink and curled and scallops are white and opaque. 4 servings
