Your request sort of sounds like Stromboli, but my recipe doesn't include a sauce for dipping.
STROMBOLI
1 batch of pizza dough 1/2 lb. Italian sausages, casings removed 2 sweet red peppers, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1/2 lb. hot dogs, sliced 3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. oregano Cornmeal 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preheat oven to 425.
In a pan, cook Italian sausage until brown; drain off fat and remove to a plate. In the same pan, cook peppers and onion until tender, about 2 minutes.
On a lightly floured surface, roll one half of pizza dough into a 10x14-inch rectangle. Sprinkle with half of the sausage, half of the hot dogs and half of the onion/pepper mixture, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.
Mix the cheeses, garlic powder and the herbs together in a bowl and sprinkle half over stromboli. Repeat with remaining pizza dough and ingredients.
Roll stromboli into logs; seal the dough by pinching the seams and edges. Sprinkle some cornmeal on a baking sheet and place, seam-side down, on the baking sheet. Brush the stromboli with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.
