Pretzel Baked Chicken
1/2 cup Hard Sourdough pretzels whole chicken, cut into pieces 1 can evaporated skim milk Spices: salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, onion powder and a pinch of sugar
Crunch pretzels to make crumbs. Add spices to taste. Dip chicken pieces in evaporated milk, then roll in pretzel crumb mixture to coat.
Bake in oven proof dish at 400° for 40-50 minutes. |
