Pretzel Crabcakes
1 cup finely crushed Hard Sourdough Pretzels 1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning (Old Bay) 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 lb. crabmeat 1 large egg 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cuup all purpose flour 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/4 tsp. pepper
Remove all cartilage from crabmeat. In a bowl, mix pretzel crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, and seafood seasoning. Add crabmeat.
Gently but thoroughly mix. Shape into 6 crabcakes. Cook crabcakes in frying pan, - in just enough oil to prevent sticking - until browned, about 5 minutes on each side.
Crabcakes may be deep fried at 350° for 2 to 3 minutes or over broiled for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
