We are looking for a recipie for Hawiian Nut Cake that has NO flour but uses crushed graham crackers instead. 3 round layers, has crushed pineapple, eggs, possibly cream cheese, nuts, coconut among other things. The original recipie said to mix the cake ingredients and cover with a clean cloth and leave on the table overnight to rest. The frosting was 2 boxes of confectioners sugar, crushed pineapple and the pineapple juice,we have gotten OLD since we saw this recipie last and can no longer find it. Help? Please? Thank you!
