I have some reaspberries and blackberries that I would lke to use to make a dessert starring the fruit. I'd like to make a tart of some sort, or some sort of chocolate bottom/mousee with the berries on top. Any recipes to help me out? I'm looking for something not too complicated, as I'd like to make it today and have some time constraints.
