My ex-sister-in-law used to make a Country Fried steak and gravy. The thing is, she didn't fry it ahead of time and put it in the gravy and bake it. She never would give the recipe, but she said that she rolled the cube steak in a seasoned flour and put it in a little water in the pan. Does anyone by chance have a recipe that is similar? I remember those steaks being SO tender and good.

Thanks in advance.

Sandi
