Chicken Fried Steak
1 1/2 lb. round steak 3 Tbsp. oil 1 cup flour 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs salt and pepper Accent (MSG), optional 1/2 cup water
Pound steak and cut into serving pieces. Dredge in flour. Mix eggs and milk in bowl. Dip floured meat into eggs. Drain off excess and dip in coating (cracker crumbs). Let stand for 30 minutes. Heat oil in skillet and brown meat. Remove and put in covered dish. Pour water in dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
