I love to BBQ, but I want to learn how to do brisquet on a smoker. I just got made a new BBQ pit, it is 3 ft long with thermostat and everything and it has a 20-in smoker on a side. The problem is where to put the fire and where to put the meat. Also, should the meat be wrapped in foil paper or it should be placed directly on the grill. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
