I am trying to locate the recipe for a simple chocolate candy/cookie that I remember being served in the lunchroom at school "years" ago.
Simple ingredients included chocolate, sugar, oatmeal, and butter. It was the consistency of fudge but was served in a cookie/small pancake fashion. I'm sure it did not reguire baking.If anyone recognizes this description, please help. I would love to have the recipe so I can share this memorable treat with my children. Thanks!
