This is my family's recipe of Bagna Cauda
1 quart olive oil 5 cans anchovies 1 pat butter 1 splash vinegar 1 whole fresh garlic flower (medium size)
Mix in pot, bring to a boil, simmer 30-40 minutes or until the anchovies have melted down and softened. Transfer to Fondue pot.
Serve with cubed filet mignon or london broil, roasted red pappers, italian bread, button mushrooms, portabello mushrooms, red and green peppers, cauliflower, broccoli, red onion, and Italian bread. |
