Sue,I hope that your husband will like these biscuits. I am a very good cook and always looking for new receipts, this receipt was just given to me last week and they are delicious and i am sure that u will find yourself making them all the time. They are also great with gravy. Here it is
Angel Biscuits
2 cups self-rising flour 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream (I use the H.E.B brand) Buy 2 of the 1/2 pints u might need a to use a little more of the cream to have the right consistency.
Do not roll out, pat them out on a lightly floured board.
Cook until golden brown at 325 to 350 (12-15 minutes. I sure hope your husband likes them, let me know. ENJOY!!
