Weight Watcher’s Marinated Carrots
Makes about 12 servings

6 cups cooked carrots, sliced
Artificial sweetener to equal 1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1 tbsp. dehydrated pepper flakes
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients and let marinate for at least 12 hours before serving.
