My family loves it when I make the KFC Honey BBQ chicken wings. Most of the time, I just use frozen unbreaded chicken tenders or boneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips (you can also buy boneless chicken thighs if your family likes dark meat better). Anyway, I cut them into "wing" size pieces. Bread them as by the recipe. I fry them in the deep fryer JUST until they turn lightly golden brown. I take them out, put them in a long baking pan (single layer in the pan) and put them in the oven for an additional 20-30 minutes. Usually the crisp coating from the deep frying will seal in the moisture of the meat and by putting it in the oven for this time period, it ensures that the chicken will be done all the way through. Hope that this will help.
