I know that this isn't the exact recipe that you were looking for, but I hope this helps.

Smoked Salmon (or Tuna) Pinwheels

1 cup cream cheese
1 Tbsp. vodka (I would use milk or water)
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh dill chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
8 oz. thin sliced smoked salmon (or VERY well drained tuna)
4 (7-inch) flour tortillas

Combine cream cheese, vodka (or substitute), red onion, dill and lemon juice. Spread 1/4 c. of this mixture on each of the tortillas. Top with the salmon (or tuna). Roll up tight and wrap in plastic wrap. Refridgerate until needed. When ready to serve, trip off ends and discard (or in my case "SAMPLE") and cut each "log" into 8 pieces. Serve with sprigs of dill or chives.
