Hello,

I'm searching for a recipe called Cottage Potato Bake. The ingredients I remember are potatoes, which are boiled and then cubed, diced peppers, pimientos, cubed Velveeta or shredded Cheddar, butter and a slice of bread which is toasted and then cubed. Everything is mixed together and poured into a casserole and then topped with crumbs of some sort. If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it!
