I am in search of a lemon cookie recipe that was from the My Great Recipes collection. It had the juice from the lemon and the zest from the lemon. I know that it had to be put in refrigerator for two hours. Thats all I remember. I used to make it with my brothers and it came out crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. The recipe was lost when our house was flooded. I hope I could find for we enjoyed it much.
