Baked chicken strips
Buttered spaghetti
Green Salad or Green Beans

Spray a pan with pam, put chicken strips in milk, and roll in seasoned bread crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven 10 to 15 minutes. I cut into one to check for doneness.
Boil spaghetti and drain. In pan add butter or oleo with a touch of olive oil (more if you preferand less oleo)add cracked peppercorns and garlic powder to taste, toss in the spaghetti along with parmesan cheese to taste, sprinkle on some parsley and serve.
I usually serve green beans or asparagus with this, heated from the can. Even faster, a green salad from the grocers shelf. This meals takes about 30 minutes to prepare.

My neice serves this with creamed potatoes, and packaged gravy, that is where I got the menu.

Most of your fish dishes are fast, especially if you pan fry or broil the fish, I posted one last week with a fruit salsa that is very good even tho it seem weird to put cinnamon on fish.
