Kahlua Fudge Sauce

1 cup unsweetened cocoa
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Kahlua
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Stir cocoa and sugar together. Add cream, Kahlua and butter. Stir over medium heat until mix begins to boil. Keep boiling 1 minute. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Refrigerate.
