I am trying to find the recipe for something that I have eaten in Utah. The people of Utah call them scones, people here in Ohio call them Elephant Ears. The scones I am seeking aren't like the little english scones. These are as big as a large dinner plate and are served with honey butter. I doubt that anyone other than Utahns know what I am talking about. I haven't had any scones in years. So if there is anybody out there that is familiar with the "Utah Scones", PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE send me the recipe. Thank you to anyone and everyone who helps with finding this recipe.
