We all loved this!
1/2 an avocado 1 package mango dessert tofu (Pete's...these are half the size of the ones I bought at Costco) one cup of liquid (I used water with about a tablespoon of lemon juice, and a couple tbs of orange juice concentrate) 1/2 cup crushed ice
Blend until suitably smushy.
A good way to "squeeze" a serving of soy and veggies into your busy day!
